Networking Reception at Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Brings Together Graduates and Friends
Pfeiffer University’s Master of Business Administration program celebrates nearly 30 years in Charlotte with a networking reception for alumni and friends at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, 330 Tryon Street, Charlotte, on Thurs., April 11, 6-8 p.m.
Reflections and Projections: North Carolina’s Climate for Business Growth and Expansion features Pfeiffer alumni and trustees J. Keith Crisco ’64, N.C. Secretary of Commerce 2009-2013, and Rick Thames ’75, editor of the Charlotte Observer and CharlotteObserver.com.
“With 2,600 MBA graduates and students, Pfeiffer is surely a significant component of the economic engine that is driving growth and stability in Charlotte,” said Dr. Kenneth Bandy, dean, division of business. “We look forward to learning about the impact of the work of our alumni in their professional lives and communities, which, of course, is the true measure of success for Pfeiffer’s business programs.”

J. Keith Crisco ’64 is a founding partner of Asheboro Elastics (now AEC Narrow Fabrics) and a former White House Fellow. He holds an undergraduate degree from Pfeiffer with an MBA from Harvard University. Rick Thames ’75 holds an undergraduate degree from Pfeiffer and master’s degree in communication from University of Tennessee-Knoxville; he is former president of the North Carolina Press Association.
