Cindy develops and maintains the advancement office’s database systems and processes, in addition to providing research, analysis and reporting for Pfeiffer’s fundraising efforts. Previous positions at the university includes campaign coordinator, grant writer and development director.

Prior to coming to Pfeiffer in 1992, Cindy served as director of communications at Lambuth University, Jackson, Tenn., and at Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas. In those roles, she was responsible for implementing communications strategies, was university spokesperson and served as a liaison to the news media. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas.

Erica is charged with raising significant gifts for Pfeiffer from alumni, parents and friends of the university.  Prior to accepting her current position, she was employed for five years by Moving People to Action, a full-service fundraising consulting firm in Las Vegas, NV.  Erica is a 2004 graduate of Pfeiffer with a degree in English, and was a Bonner Leader, participated in CHIP (Capitol Hill Internship Program), and was a member of the cheerleading squad while a student.

Jo Ellen supervises the stewardship of all endowed scholarships at Pfeiffer and is responsible for programming designed to recognize and increase scholarship funding. In addition, Jo Ellen is the lead coordinator of reunion events and giving, works closely with Pfeiffer's Junior College alumni, and manages the Parent and Families Fund campaign and the Advanced Degree Campaign.

Jo Ellen has served in various capacities at Pfeiffer since 1996, including director of alumni programs and as director of corporate and foundation relations. Prior to Pfeiffer, she was a field executive for the Pisgah Girl Scout Council in Asheville, N.C. She is a Pfeiffer graduate.
